• Welcome to GBMJLONDON Studio’s – During your time here we commit to providing the best possible service one can receive. We have some policies that have been put in place to enhance your experience with us.
• Face Masks are to be worn at all times within the studio, unless during the process of a facial. If you do not have a face mask, one can be purchased in the salon for a small cost of £1 which is donated to our charity.
• Cancellation policy – we require a minimum of 48 hours to avoid losing your deposit.
• Late arrivals – If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of £20. if you are excessively late after 30 minutes we regret that we may need to alter or reschedule your appointment and you will lose your deposit if we have to reschedule you.
• Appointments – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to ensure you receive your full service, we do tend to be fully booked, give yourself and other clients their time to relax.
We recommend you book your next appointment before leaving due to our high demand.
• Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during the consultation on the date of treatment.
• Under 18’s must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
• Deposits are required for all bookings and vary in cost from £25 -£200 dependent on the service you are seeking to purchase. All deposits are non-refundable and will be held on your account if you cancel at least 2 working days prior to your appointment (please note in mind we are closed Sunday and Monday].
• Skin test – if you are required to have skin test 48hrs prior to your appointment, this well be known to you, on booking of appointment.
• Consultations – Consultations ensure that you do not have any contraindications that would classify you as medically unfit for treatment. This is extremely important for the safety of our clients and staff.
• Clients are liable for disclosing all relevant information regarding health during consultations.
• No call, no show – you will unfortunately lose your deposit.
• Extra guests – please be aware we have a no extra guest and child policy due to the nature of our work.
• Filming – please note we do not under no circumstances allow filming, unless footage for vlogging purposes, which an understood agreement would have been made.
• Pricing – prices may be subject to change after a consultation. Salon prices may be subject to change without notice, due to inflation.
• Payments on the day are to be made strictly by cash. Receipts are also provided.
• Methods of payment – we accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard, GBMJLONDON gift cards, and cash.
• Return policy – all products and services are non-refundable.
• Gift cards – gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
