At GBMJ a normal press-therapy treatment usually involves 8 sessions, duration time of 20-60 minute sessions, at most, we recommend treatment to be done one session per week. Lymphatic drainage massage using presso-therapy, this is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.

The Press-therapy comes in two parts, a body suit which is to be worn by the client, which also includes a central unit compressor, which will be responsible for pumping the air through different tubes to the different cells of each specific body part. Once treatment is finished sessions is completed, we do recommend maintenance sessions.
