Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept walk ins. All treatments must be carried out on a pre-booked basis only.

Thu: 10am – 6pm
Fri: CLOSED
Sat: 10am – 7pm

To avoid disappointment or to make changes to your appointment or timing, please book your appointments in advance. If you are unsure feel free to address your concerns either by email, live chat or telephone.
Bookings
- If at any stage you are confused and want to discuss possible treatments, please feel free to call, text email or use our live chat
- You can book multiple appointments in advance by selecting the treatments, dates and times of your choice. For those who are on-going treatment, we will recommend a schedule, schedule for the best possible results.
- We also provide Gift Cards which are available to purchase and redeem online.
- There are treatment packages available, with various discounts and offers, for further information feel free to call or email us.
- Please abide to our company policy. You will be asked to consent to the terms and conditions prior to any bookings, either online or before a treatment is in session.
- Text / email Confirmations as well Text / email Reminders will be sent upon booking.
- We do not accept card payments, all outstanding balances / payments are to be paid in cash.
- Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during the consultation on the date of treatment.
- Consultations ensure that you do not have any contraindications that would classify you as medically unfit for treatment. This is extremely important for the safety of our clients and staff.
- Clients are liable for disclosing all relevant information regarding health during consultations.
- Patch tests are required for Chemical Peels and Lash treatments, please ensure you book your patch test at least 72 hours before any of these treatments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A non-refundable deposit is deducted from the total balance following your treatment. If you wish to reschedule you must do this no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, failure to do so will result in the loss of deposit and a new booking will need to be made online. Cancellations can be made using the cancel button on your booking confirmation, no less than 24 hours prior to your treatment.
Attendance
- Please plan your journey accordingly, if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment you will incur in a penalty fee of £20
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically become cancelled and will result in the deposit being lost. A new booking will need to be made.
- We tend to be fully booked, VERY QUICKLY so please ensure you attend your appointment on time to give yourself and other clients a relaxing treatment within the duration which it has been booked for.
- Once you arrive, please call us, and a member of staff will greet you on arrival
- If you arrive early, you may notify us by text, email or phone.
- We do not permit plus ones unless a group package for two or more has been made that we are aware of.
- Under 18’s must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
- Payments on the day are to be made strictly by cash. Receipts are also provided.
